The conference will be a unique feature of Kere Habba 2019. Kere habba in its 5th edition is a sunrise to sunset event that is being conducted to celebrate the gorgeous kaikondrahalli lake, Sarjapur Road https://www.Facebook.Com/kaikondrahallilake/. it is an amalgamation of music, theatre, fitness, art, design and fun - all talking the same idiom of ecology and environment.
MAPSAS will lead and facilitate interactions across corporates, government organizations, NGOs and citizen groups/ community representatives and scientists/ecologists. The areas covered will be

The objective is to arrive at a holistic and sustainable manner in which to engage with lakes in the long term. We would examine partnership models that have the power to transform and be a trend setter across lakes in Karnataka and the country.
MAPSAS is a "game changer" in the rejuvenation and maintenance of multiple lakes around Sarjapur area, in partnership with BBMP Lakes team. This has been accomplished through an inclusive process of building ownership for lake maintenance along with BBMP, corporates, community, scientists, ecologists and a large number of volunteers
